What is the return policy?


We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at goose.sunglasses@gmail.com. Please note, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Is packaging Included?

Most frames include packaging! Make sure to double-check the product description page to see if we include a Goose box with your shades

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1 working day. We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery typically taking 1–2 working days after dispatch.
